Many bottoms use drugs (alas…) in order to relax. I’ve never done that myself so as not to become dependent on stimulants. Just the same, for many, the use of drugs and fisting are connected to each other. For that reason, an overview is given below.
My most important advice is that you inform yourself well about the possibilities and risks of drug use. Also watch out especially for the effect when you use two substances at the same time. They can strengthen the effects of each other. One well-known example is poppers + Viagra. Used separately from each other, these area fairly innocent substances in principle, but if you use them at the same time, your blood pressure can suddenly drop, from which you lose consciousness, sometimes with fatal consequences. You can inform yourself well via Mancyclopedia at www.mantotman.nl and at the Pink Unity site.
Drugs can also have unexpected interactions with medication, so be alert!
Furthermore, all drugs caution against becoming less alert to safe sex and good hygiene. The result being that you run a greater risk of everything that, somewhat later, you might be very sorry about.
Poppers
Most used in the fisting world are poppers. This is a liquid in a small bottle. You twist off the cap and inhale the vapors of this lightly volatile liquid through your nose. Within a couple of seconds, the top notices that your anus relaxes further and the bottom shows less restraint. In the course of time you become less sensitive to poppers. This means you need more in order to get the same effect. Sometimes at sex parties I’ve seen men who can barely perform at all without a bottle of poppers under their noses. The question is whether you want that. Furthermore, it’s poisonous stuff. It is generally known that with each sniff millions of brain cells die off. Once in a while it also happens that, during a sex party, a little bottle of poppers falls onto the ground, after which the volatile fluid gets on the floor. A cloud is created that can cause headaches. Officially, poppers can no longer be sold, but they are still available in most sex shops and leather bars.
Ethylchloride
This substance is used by seasoned fisters. This stuff is put in spray can. It is served up by spraying it in a handkerchief and stuffing it in the mouth. The effect is described as “ten times stronger than poppers”.
In 2015 I wrote that ethylchloride is used less and less. In the last few years I haven’t heard about it from anyone. The risks of ethylchloride are also great to such an extent that I won’t waste any more words on it. Just don’t use it. Simple, right?
GHB, XTC, etc.
Other substances that fisters sometimes use are GHB/GBL, XTC, cocaine, ketamine, crystal meth, and all sorts of other party pills and powders. The danger of these substances is that the bottom relaxes so much that he doesn’t notice his body’s warning signals anymore. I went through this myself once when a bottom who I had on my fist had used so much, that he wanted me to go ever deeper, even until I was in over my elbow. At a particular moment he said that I had to stop because it hurt. The next day he called me to say that he was in the hospital and had gotten a temporary colostomy due to an intestinal perforation. Moral of the story, watch out for drugs!
slamming
Some substances are disappearing, such as ethylchloride, but unfortunately even more dangerous practices are coming back. The injection of drugs (“slamming”) is becoming more and more popular. And some even allow that to be seen in the open and blatantly in films on all sorts of porn sites and twitter. If you’ve read the lines above, it shouldn’t surprise you that I don’t want to waste any further words in it here. And if you still do it, first read well about the best way to do it. Make a good evaluation of the risks you are taking.
Numbing cream
Sometimes I’ve also seen people use numbing cream. With this they feel less pain (or none) when the anus remains too tight and thus does let a fist in. Nowadays there is lube you can buy where numbing substances have been added. Naturally here also, the same warning applies.
