As a beginning bottom, you’ve already carried out everything in the preceding pages (1, 2, 3). You’re ready now to begin with fisting. Seek out a top whom you trust. You have to be willing to give yourself over to him completely. A good tip is to pick an experienced, versatile fister (thus, someone who is top as well as bottom). He knows both sides of the game, and thus will be good at reacting to your signals. Inexperienced tops can sometimes be too fast and too rough.
Provide a quiet, trusted setting. You can choose to lie on your back, eventually in a sling. For most this is the most pleasant position, where you can relax completely and give yourself over to the top. You’ve got nowhere else to go to.
You can also choose to do it “doggie style”. This has the advantage of allowing you to help determine the speed with which you glide onto the top’s hand. Besides that, there are other positions in which you can fist. It’s usually a question of trying out what is most pleasant for you. My personal preference is to stand and whoever is fisting me sits low under me, on his knees or on a stool.
Now we’re going to really begin with fisting. The top must start calmly. For example, with a good rimming, so that the anus can relax well and get “warmed up” a bit. After that (with a glove on) shove a finger inside, naturally, with enough lube (see Preparation page). Once you’re inside, do a rotating motion and spread the lube around well in this way. It’s not a problem if the bottom doesn’t like it when you do a rotating motion. You can also get the lube inside by moving your finger(s) in and out and smearing them with lube again.
The top slowly sticks in his second finger. If that goes well, finger number three can go along. You can try to spread your fingers somewhat, so that the anus stretches a bit. With four fingers inside it goes even easier. After that it’s not so difficult for the top to stick in the thumb along side.
Then comes the hardest part of this stage. Add extra lube to your hand and push it further inside very slowly. When the bottom is on his knees, he can determine the tempo very well by himself, so the top only has to hold his hand still. When you get to the point where your knuckles are in, it’s as if you’re a cyclist on the top of a mountain, to the point you worked slowly but surely to reach. Then you go over the top of the mountain and down. Your hand goes in as if it were being sucked! Let this happen calmly and experience the sensation of the warmth inside, the sphincter muscle tightening around your wrist, and pleasure sweeps over the bottom.
An aid to getting the bottom’s anus open up a tad further is having him hold his hand or fist over his mouth and blowing, without letting any air escape.
When your hand is completely inside him, there is a great chance that the bottom will cum. One bottom may like it when your hand stays put while he cums. Another will want you just pull out, because while cumming that anus always contracts strongly. Whenever there is still something in the anus, the release of ejaculate is hindered.
As a bottom, it can be that you experience an explosion of feelings the first time you get a fist completely inside. You feel a pleasure that is completely new. This pleasure can be so intense, that you can become ill at ease from it. Along with it comes the idea “Uh oh; that hand needs to be out of there now. As long as it doesn’t hurt!!!” If you feel that this is happening, tell the top. (So it makes sense for both to read this part.) Realize that there is nothing wrong right now. That hand can sit still there for hours without causing any damage to the body.
It can be, however, that you get an involuntary cramp, where your anus tightens up. Then the top can’t pull his hand back out. First, he has got to make sure that you relax. Calmly exhale and tell him what you are feeling. When your anus has relaxed again, the top can pull his hand out. Realize that for your whole life already your anus has been used to working everything from inside to outside, so it’s no particular problem. Just as blowing on your hand described above, your anus will stay open easily and the hand will pop out of your cunt painlessly. The top has got to take care that this happens slowly. If he takes his hand out too quickly, he can still cause the bottom pain despite a lot of lube.
You’ve got to realize that the above is not always the case. I’ve been able to deflower many guys with my fist already and it has only happened a few times that a guy has actually panicked a bit. So at that moment, there’s a great responsibility for the top. First, you must see to it that the bottom relaxes. If you are unable, don’t force your hand out as a reflex because it will hurt the bottom.
Once you can stay inside longer with your hand (at a certain moment; perhaps even after a few fisting sessions), you can try making a fist. Do this very slowly because there are many folds in the tissue of the rectum that you don’t want to harm. Often you’ve got to make a fist with your hand, curling your hand along the way as you go in, because there’s bone is in the way leaving no room to stretch out a hand.
You can now slowly make movements with your fist. One guy might like it when you rotate, another might prefer that you move back and forth, like when fucking. The bottom should make it clear what he likes. After that, pull your hand back out again slowly. Most of all, do this slowly, since otherwise you can inflict a lot of pain on the anal sphincter and even damage.
The first few times the bottom will only endure a fist for a short time. By doing it more often, you can lengthen the time. But listen well to the body and take regular breaks, so that everything can come to rest.
Relaxing the anus
There are various ways to get the anus to relax. Besides all drugs (for which I am personally no advocate) there are still a number of methods that I have heard from fisters:
Toning of the anus
Tone is the tension of the sphincter muscle. Through this exercise you can undo the natural tension of the anus. Tighten the anus as hard as you can for a minimum of 30 seconds. Then after 10 seconds of rest, immediately tighten again for 30 seconds. After three or four hard tightenings, the tone of the muscles relaxes and you can get inside more easily.
Pilates
Pilates is a method whereby, through mental exercises, you are able to master muscle control. Personally I have no experience with this. I have heard from an experienced fister that this helped him very well.
Blood
From time to time it happens that blood vessels are damaged during fisting. This certainly happens with beginners but also with experienced fisters. The rectum is a lined with tissue full of blood vessels and also very thin. Thus a small bleed can quickly appear.
This is a clear warning from the body! If there is blood, you must stop immediately! Were you to continue, you could have great problems. Take a 15-minute break and try again carefully. If bleeding continues, take a longer rest. If the bleeding doesn’t stop on its own, you will need to seek medical advice. Don’t wait too long. Because if there is a lot of bleeding, it could be that you’ve damaged a blood vessel, or that the intestinal wall has even perforated. Then medical intervention is necessary. When you’ve done everything calmly (and without drugs), the chance is very small that you’ve damaged more than a few blood vessels and thus you don’t have to worry.
Another injury that every fister has gone at least once in his life is when the skin of the sphincter is damaged. You can see this well yourself with a mirror. In this case, what you have is a small tear of approximately one centimeter from which a little blood can come out. It’s comparable to a shallow cut wound. It can last for a number of few days, even up to a week, for the wound to heal. Take it easy during this time and also, be careful when defecating. Keep the spot clean and next time, be more careful and use more lube!
Tip for beginners: Look at how others fist. There are many videos to be found on the internet. Or come watch at a fisting party. Don’t make the mistake of going directly to doing something rough like experienced fisters sometimes do. There is a lot of preparation involved (out of the picture…) that is done in advance!
